I have been listening to Amy starting on Episode #1 and she has made such a difference in how I view eating, using the “abundance” principle. It truly is “magic.” From Amy I’ve learned that consistency and time are the easiest ways to achieve my health and weight loss goals, and having that daily salad is also an easy way to stay on track with both. I also appreciate the podcasts on cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s. My 83 year old mother is nearing the late stage Alzheimer’s and I’m doing all I can to avoid it since her father and five siblings have all suffered with Alzheimer’s. Your information on slowing down or avoiding this terrible disease is invaluable, and I’m very grateful for it. Thank you, Amy, for improving my health, my mind and my life, one podcast at a time.
