I am a 42 year old male and I know this podcast is geared towards women but this truly is life changing. Due to my ignorance of my own emotions I could not pinpoint why I was having such difficulties in relationships even with people I felt I loved. Thank you Johanna for taking to time to make these podcasts. I know I will be listening to all of these post multiple times!!!
Thank you!

I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have come across this podcast. Never in my life have I felt so seen and understood and that is just by listening haven’t even joined the community yet! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you, Johanna!

I’m so glad I found this podcast! Until recently, I really didn’t buy into how my (very traumatic) childhood could possibly have any effect on my life now. I was resilient. I got over all that stuff and put it behind me ages ago (so I thought). So, in considering my relationship challenges, I always felt like I’m just screwed up and can’t have healthy relationships. I had no idea that other people experienced these same exact feelings and that there’s actual science behind it. I’ve been trying to learn more about attachment styles and how to work towards becoming more secure so I searched and luckily found this podcast and just binged the first 6 episodes. To hear Johanna describe a lot of my own thoughts, feelings and experiences as common for people with anxious attachment I finally realized it’s not just me, I’m not alone, it’s not my fault, and most importantly, there’s hope for healing and becoming more secure in relationships. I really like the delivery and content in this podcast and cannot wait to listen more!

Seriously love this. It’s so relatable and easy to follow. I feel like it isn’t just dumping a bunch of info but also gives tips and solutions. I don’t want it to ever end (until I’m secure) hahahahah
thank you!
