Healing Honeys (formerly OPENHOUSE with Louise Rumball)
Welcome to Healing Honeys—the podcast for girls with big dreams who are trying to balance it all. Join Louise Rumball—serial entrepreneur, fiery Sagittarius, type-A overachiever, healing girlie, holistic wellness coach, and relationship expert (someone once called her the "Jesus of modern dating" so you know this is going to be fun). Louise’s healing journey has been anything but calm. Think: savage dating stories, harrowing breakups, 20 cigarettes a day, daddy issues, an anxious attachment style, and even an autoimmune disorder too. Fast forward to today, after spending thousands on healing and therapy, she’s here to guide you, love you, and laugh with you as she shares the tips, tricks, and rituals that saved her—and that ACTUALLY work. With new episodes every Wednesday, expect girl talk, psychology, nervous system insights, and conversations about love, sex, dating, wellness, fitness, a touch of business, and a sprinkle of spirituality too. So, get in, honey—we’re balancing healing, hustling, and life, and trust us, the best is yet to come!

A great podcast

A great, informative podcast! So many of these podcasts feel like they are just advertisements for the podcasters “10 week” program but she truly feels like she cares and wants to help people!

Love the advice and scientific background given about the psychology behind why we do the things we do and how to change it.
LOVE THIS PODCAST

This podcast turned me into a podcast girly. I was going through a breakup that “destroyed” me and I could relate a lot to the content at the beginning, and haven’t stopped relating… or listening! I’m in therapy myself now and this podcast was the catalyst to my own healing journey and I couldn’t be more grateful! I just love how accepting and full of love and compassion this podcast is. Thank you, Louise!! You’re changing lives daily!! 🩵 Not nearly as healed as I want to be yet, but this podcast will continue to be a source I use as my healing journey continues. The content just gets better and better.
Host takes up too much space

The content this podcast covers is the best. I follow A LOT of relationship and attachment therapists/coaches and the content Louise chooses to explore is nuanced and relevant and spot on. Unfortunately, there are episodes (like the mother wound part 2) where I don’t get anything out of it because Louise has made herself the center. I’ve timed it, and sometimes it takes her a minute to ask a question. The rambling and self-centered focus lacks awareness and embodiment. Sometimes it sounds like an addiction to drama, just kind of going on and on about unimportant details. It lacks concise interviewing that would make this podcast seem more educational and professional. It seems like she’s made a whole brand out of this sort of TikTok/“relatable” approach, but I think it cuts off a whole demographic of people that want to know the science and want to hear from the therapist/expert more than we want to hear about the host’s drama and nonstop chatter. I think this is a growth area for Louise that I hope she chooses to work on within herself because the world needs this content. The world doesn’t need her drama tho . I’d absolutely tune in more if this was cleaned up.
