042 | Building a Foundation for Gratitude & Abundance [Monday Morning Motivation]

"Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance." -ECKHART TOLLE
Gratitude is more than a feeling, it is a habit. We are in a time of the year where love, joy, happiness and thankfulness can fill our souls. With those amazing feelings comes also the realities of the holiday seasons which can make us feel stressed, overwhelmed, unsure and many more less pleasant feelings. What we must remember during these emotional times is: You Find What You Are Looking For. If you take the time and implement practices to build your awareness for gratitude, you will find more things to be grateful for. And when you acknowledge all that you already have in your life to be grateful for, you have laid the foundation in your life to experience abundance. Now lets dive into today's Monday Morning Motivation to further explore the significance and tactical steps we can take to make gratitude a habit in our every day lives.

041 | Getting Beyond the Surface of Judgement [Monday Morning Motivation]

041 | Getting Beyond the Surface of Judgement [Monday Morning Motivation]

"When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself." -Wayne Dyer
In today's society where cancel culture is accepted widely and some believe you either have to take a stance on one side or another- I find the most reasonable truth exists somewhere in the middle. You see, your judgement of others can limit you and can save you. As people we are naturally wired for continuous growth and creativity while also maintaining a desire to survive and live. Judgement is there to serve both. Not all Judgement is bad and not all judgement is good. So it is time we get Beyond the Surface of Judgement in today's episode.

Inspiring and knowledgeable

So glad I found this podcast! Very inspiring in every aspect of the equestrian world and Colton is so knowledgeable! Listen to it while I ride and often get reminders on how and why I’m training and doing what I love! The BEST equestrian podcast for all disciplines!

Helpful, Insightful and Inspiring!

Awesome podcast...I listen to it as I arrive at the ranch, put my boots on, and feed the horses. It helps get me in the mindset of learning, rather than in my old mindset of conquering tasks. Thank you for putting this out there for us all and for your positivity!
