"Why am I really doing this?"Sure, I could do this to make a bunch of cash through constant self promotion or by bringing on guests and selling their products to my listeners. I could even do this to become well-known and famous in certain circles. But, if you know me, you know that was never going to excite me much.Not that there's anything wrong with making a bunch of cash... I've just always seen that as a by-product of doing great work (not the point of the work). As for fame... I'm too much of an introvert to care about that. No, what I get really excited about (like nerd level 🤓 excited) is giving people practical tools and strategies that make them more successful, impactful and fulfilled. So I thought to myself "how cool would it be if this podcast was just about sharing some of the most life-changing keys, strategies and advice that I've ever learnt. Just me, a microphone and content that has the potential to change someones life." The nerd in me started to light up like a Christmas tree. Then, just before the release, a friend of mine chimed in and said "Ben, you should have some worksheets or something to walk us through the tools and strategies!" And, I really liked that idea. So for every episode you'll have free access to that also.So, this podcast is all about...Putting practical tools, bulletproof strategies and 14 years of performance coaching experience into every episode so you can level up your success, your impact & your life.
