The one person still listening

I listen to this every Saturday morning when I run my errands. Love the weekly shoutout to the one person still listening. Excited for the upcoming Twitch streams! <3

Feels Like I’m Chatting with Friends

Ricky never fails to make me laugh. I’ve been listening to him since his radio days. He’s so real and doesn’t hold back on his stories. I’ll always remember his McDonald’s story from the early episodes, and I could not stop laughing. His adventures in dating are also relatable. Love hearing the convos with friends. Keep it up, Ricky!

It’s the realism for me

In a world of constant moral grandstanding and bureaucratic political theatre, Ricky and friends at High Tea speak about topics from the perspective of multidimensional social engineers — humans. Commuting to work and listening actual people speak literally about the boots-on-the-ground logistics of whatever fancies them this week is a grounding exercise that continues to remind me we are all more complex than the brands we self-identify with under capitalism.
