Jamie Owen helps me visually understand how home appraisal methods are applied via word pictures and so effectively via stories, which is a very unique talent. He’s the first Appraiser Blogger I’ve witnessed to employ word pictures, story and gif images making his educational journey entertaining and enjoyable. For example, the similarities housing has with carnivals, how home appraisals are like a Rubik’s Cube and how minting pennies is similar to home improvements homeowners make without understanding cost does not equal value.
