From our group, Ask a homeopath and Homeopathy 247, we have chosen some interesting questions to discuss in more detail.  The questions this week include: If a coffee drinker (2 cups a day) stopped having coffee, has a headache in the forehead, and type of throbbing) would you recommend a remedy? Is baked nettle (Urtica) safe to eat when on homeopathy? (A day after remedy) We have a family member visiting for 2 months. The family member is using chemo tablets daily. I started reading up about shedding and using Cadmium Sulph 200c. How will I dose our family? Once a day? Are chamomile, passiflora, and valerian good remedies for an 11 month old baby for sleep. She doesn’t sleep through the night with wakings up to three or four times per night.     Episode 122: Migraines, Fertility and Dosing of Homeopathic Remedies with Mary Greensmith

How long does a deep acting remedy stay in your system for?  Say you took a remedy and it made you feel low, does that mean you just wait it out for the feeling to clear? Or does that change the ‘case’ and you try a different remedy? Ways to detox your liver when all three enzymes are elevated.  What can I try for a teenager with chronic migraines, possibly anxiety induced?  I was wondering about Boiron products. Most of them say to take 5 pellets at a time but I’ve seen people in this group say you only need one. Is it necessary to take all 5?   I’m 42 and trying to conceive naturally. However, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis. Do not have any symptoms, except excruciating migraines on the first/second day of my period. Been trying to fall pregnant for about 4/5 months now and nothing. What do you recommend?     Episode 121: Homeopathy and Maintaining Causes with Elisa Joulfaian

    Mary talks with Elisa answering some of the questions asked in our Facebook Group - Ask a Homeopath and Homeopathy 247. The questions include investigating maintaining causes and how they will impact on the remedies you might choose, we also look at what we first think when we read a question asking for a remedy choice and those first considerations that we need to explore in order to reduce our list of possible remedies from 300 down to two or three remedies. Some of the questions answered in today’s episode: I have been having breathing and sinus infections for several months. Had mold inspection done on home last Thurs. Results today: the mold in the kitchen is way off the charts and high in den and bedroom too. Had roof leak that took a while to correct in kitchen. My mom has had terrible pain in her right foot. It’s been more than 10 days and getting worse. She said it feels like a nail is stabbing her heel. Icing it makes it tolerable but of course she’s on her feet all day. Ibuprofen didn’t work. Hurts mainly when walking. Any remedies?? I suffer with UTI pain but I have no UTI. it just hurts, and feels sore and swollen I’m really just a lot loss and want the pain to stop I am a year postpartum. Can sepia be used to regulate hormones this far along?
