I have listened to the advice Mei has given for a while now, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Her podcasts are enlightening backed with facts and figures for those who like to have quantifiable explanations for each topic and discussion. Although this may be the fact, she easily allows her genuine personality and style to steal the show. Her sense of care for all of her listeners is as inviting as ever those on all journeys of health and fitness should check this girl out. If you are looking for support or tips possibly just someone to acknowledge your presence, Mei is honestly and undeniable here for you.

Inspiring, Relatable, Informative!

I’ve been following Mei on Insta for awhile and LOVE her relatable style of positivity and encouragement every day. She is a fitness expert and practices what she preaches, which encourages me to go after my own my fitness goals. So when she announced this podcast, I was excited to hear what she had to say! This podcast doesn’t disappoint - she offers excellent tips on exercise, self-improvement and breaks down the most effective ways to meet your goals, balance your mindset for success - all in her awesome, relatable style. These podcasts are also packed full of information and not too long in length for each one so it’s easy to tune in anytime you have a minute or are doing the dishes, folding laundry, driving etc. Great podcast, highly recommended!
