This podcast is about how everything in the world works, the majority of the struggles, and the nice things that happen in between. Even if it appears to be a straightforward description of what people go through, experience, or encounter. This podcast, on the other hand, offers everything that will explain everything and how everyone thinks brazenly and intrusively. The majority of this will have Juan discussing what people's questions are and how he will provide guidance, despite the fact that he may be flawed as well, that’s what keeps this podcast interesting. introverts & extroverts & ambiverts

    introverts & extroverts & ambiverts

this episode of the podcast focuses on the overall ideal of all three personalities. it's about how introverts may have a harder time while extroverts have it a little easier, and how they both have repercussion on one other, with introverts believing extroverts are monsters seeking attention and extroverts thinking introverts are dumb quiet people. ambiverts are open-minded and average people who are frequently categorized as introverts or extroverts. these topics get a little out of hand due to my fatigue around 10 p.m., but the stuttering gets awful. i hope you appreciate this podcast as treatment.

sugar overload of how i’m feeling

sugar overload of how i’m feeling

this episode is a perfect illustration of how i'm doing with sugar management and everything else going on around me at the same time, as well as how i'm doing in general. maybe I'm just venting, but whoever knows what I'm up to can simply go along with it. i don't say things as harshly as they sound, but there has to be a way, or people won't want it to come out of my lips. my sugar maintenance has been on edge for the past month since i believe my sugar intake is harming my internal and physical health, as well as how i am emotionally, because i don't really care how other people are feeling. the most important thing is that i understand that being alone and not being alone will affect your way of life. however, it's difficult not to be criticized for enjoying to be alone at times from other people's perspectives; it's fine to have some "me time," but it's difficult when people don't appreciate the way you enjoy your life alone. behind the scenes of the episode's recording, there was a party, so here you go! i like talking about my problems since it's honestly incredibly difficult for everyone to deal with it, and if you can relate, that's great! i hope i wasn't venting, but this episode is fantastic!!!

    sister talk ft. karla

    sister talk ft. karla

what do siblings do? karla and I are siblings. talk about the most unusual things, and in this episode she begins by discussing what we did while thrifting. when we went thrifting, the whole experience was a little hazy, and I'm not sure how I'm going to convey it. Just a little lightheaded and a little out of it. everything is okay now that I have clothes! even though we live in separate houses, she returns to hers! I despise situations like this, however I believe this one is mostly random because she takes some of my clothing from my closet. we're almost set to leave to take her home! i hope this episode demonstrates how related we are. wow!

    friends

    friends

this episode goes into great depth about me and my past friends and friendships, which can be really messy or just wonderful, but there is often trust involved. the whole goal of having friends is to have a soulmate, and even if you don't have any, you should feel like you are your own soulmate. being with or without friends should not decide your happiness; rather, it should shape who you are now. the four stages of friendship are discussed in great depth once more: gaining and losing friends and internal issues, the trust about friends, the dark side of friends, and the follow up of friends. even if i was stumbling or repeating myself every now and then, i hope this made some sense. this is the only time i will genuinely explain in detail since i believe that friends are an important aspect of who you are as a person. i love how friends are, even if they have secrets i know behind their backs. i'm afraid having those secrets will cause me to implode internally, so i just wish i hadn't known the secret in the first place. will not be able to explain everything at once, so listen closely. i hope this information is useful.

    chaotic night routine

    chaotic night routine

this episode dives into how, while collaborating with others may not be the smartest option, it is the most entertaining since the enjoyment is here! i went upon Cameron, a good friend of mine. both of us have flaws in that we stand out and express our judgments on events that happened between 2020 and 2022. the final section is satire for anyone who thinks we didn't know what we were talking about. it's even more enjoyable to eat an orange while discussing controversial issues because it's so obvious.

    habits & hobbies

i talk about the habits that are good and bad about most people and how hobbies are good too, even though I talk about my own diary/journal entry. don’t let friendships break you even though you know your own worth is better then betrayal! thank you even though this is the first official episode till this Saturday :)
