Welcome to How Not to Run a Business. I'm your host Jeremy Jacobs, entrepreneur, mentor, and consultant with over 15 years of experience starting and running many of my own successful businesses.
In each episode, I bring you an inspirational entrepreneur, expert, or message to help you the established or aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners of the world to improve your chance of success, have less stress and have a more enjoyable life.
I'm here to normalise conversations around failure, mental health, and the reality of being an entrepreneur, and in this podcast, you'll see what it really takes to start and run a successful business from people who've been there and done it.
We'll take a unique look at what mistakes these successful entrepreneurs have made, what lessons they learned, and what they would do differently to give you actionable advice so you don't repeat their mistakes.
