Recently, through a series of personal growth journeys and network connections, I was introduced to our guest, Jeremy Stich. Jeremy and I exchanged conversations for weeks leading up to our time together onsite at the Ammortal Institute in Lexington, Kentucky where I was invited to experience a very unique wellness modality that merges cutting-edge, evidence-based science with ancient wisdom to activate, align and revitalize the body and mind, through the use of electric and magnetic fields.
The term Bio-Energetics is likely going to be a new one for most who are listening, but surprisingly, this practice has been around since the late 1800's. Bioenergetics is a field in biochemistry and cell biology that concerns energy flow through living systems. And in the early 1900s, energy pioneers like Tesla and Lakhovsky recognized the tremendous effect electrical fields and biofields impart on biological life (from insects to humans).
