I ran four companies, founded and investment bank, chaired CEO peer groups and have been a speaker on leadership for the last 15 years. This show is for business owners, CEOs, high-performing entrepreneurs, and leaders who need to influence a team. If this is you, you know there's nobody above you to ask for help. And everyone below you, thinks you know everything. Leadership is not just what goes on outside yourself: It is also what goes on inside: your belief models, and the mind structs and constructs that alter your interpretation of reality. Having a beginners mind not clouded by prejudgments, preconceptions or assumptions. communicate to others in their language and not your own, and you will see most people do have good intentions, even if they're not your intentions.
