I ran four companies, founded and investment bank, chaired CEO peer groups and have been a speaker on leadership for the last 15 years. This show is for business owners, CEOs, high-performing entrepreneurs, and leaders who need to influence a team. If this is you, you know there's nobody above you to ask for help. And everyone below you, thinks you know everything. Leadership is not just what goes on outside yourself: It is also what goes on inside: your belief models, and the mind structs and constructs that alter your interpretation of reality. Including those dark little nasty corners of your shadow side where you believe that you and everything just sucks. This is show is about business and life, about learning to lead from your own powerful place. Having a beginners mind not clouded by prejudgments, preconceptions or assumptions. communicate to others in their language and not your own, and you will see most people do have good intentions, even if they're not your intentions. And they're struggling just like you. This will require a lot of compassion.   Most of all, Self-compassion. You may feel like an ordinary person, until you do something extraordinary.
