This podcast aims to help you make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle so that you too can shine in midlife and bring out your own timeless goddess.7 years ago I was a shadow of my former self and felt a long way from myself. I had no energy, no confidence, I couldn’t sleep, and I felt depressed, anxious and isolated. Fast forward to 2024 and I’m now a confident and content woman, who’s empowering and motivating others women to feel the same. I’m a nutritionist and author, and in this podcast I'll be sharing my best advice to help you feel better about yourself. Whether you have physical or psychological problems relating to perimenopause / post menopause or you want advice on how to age with strength and vitality then you're in the right place.
