Hey everyone, this week's podcast is with the very knowledgeable Dinah Siman of Menopause Pilates.

Dinah explains why we get wear and tear and what that means, as well as, why we may experience aches and pains as we age. She gives some excellent advice on how to work through pain and be able to move more fluidly, stay supple, strong and safe in your movement.
