    How I Got My Kids to be Excited About Eating Healthy and Moving Their Bodies

    Have you ever caught your kids copying something you do… and thought “Yikes, I didn’t mean to teach them that”? Yep. Same. The unfortunate thing is that half the things our kids are learning from us, aren’t things we’ve explained to them. It’s the stuff we’re doing day-to-day that they’re picking up and copying without us even noticing.  Until one day we go “hold on, who taught you that?” So in today’s episode, I wanted to chat about some of the things you might be teaching your kids. Not from a place of ‘perfect parenting’ because trust me, I’m not perfect.  But from a place that might help you notice small moments in your day you want to change… so that your kids grow up healthier, happier, and more confident.
