#013 - For this week's episode, my guest is Ariel Arnson – Ariel is a Rapid Transformational Therapist. RTT is a hypnosis based modality, which uses additional techniques to allow people to go back to understand what events in life have conditioned certain limiting beliefs and then to disempower those old beliefs and establish productive replacements. Ariel also hosts the podcast The Messy Path with Whitney Oppenhuizen, who joined us in Episode #007 to talk about Boundaries and Emotional Triggers.
Today, we are delving into the topic of connection with your intuition. I think this is an important part of a health journey because, first, our intuition will help us listen more deeply to our physical bodies and decode some of the messages our bodies are sending. Second, it helps us connect with our emotions more directly, and as you may already realize, the emotional path is a key part of any health journey. And third, it helps connect us to our spiritual soul and inner voice.
In our conversation with Ariel this week, we talk about how today’s society and personal experiences can foster intuitive disconnection, three things you can start doing today to start reconnecting with your intuition, and how RTT helps build that reconnection as well.
