Humanity Works

I have enjoyed listening to Humanity Works. It's given me some great insight into ways to create a positive and productive work culture which I see as such a critical piece in business. I greatly appreciate having some examples to draw upon in this series from some already very established businesses.

This is an incredible show talking about deeply important subjects. We all need to learn how to bring more humanity and empathy to the workplace. This show helps.

I am the host of this podcast but I really am so impressed with how the team came together built a concept and brought it to life in such a beautiful way. The goal was to share both the human and the practice that is behind some of the influential leaders who are rethinking how we work and bringing these approaches to life within organizations. Even after recording these conversations, I am enjoying going back and listening. And every time I do, I seem to pull a new gem of information out. I hope you take a minute to check this podcast out.
