This week we welcome Nicole, the lady with in the pink bow. She is the ray of sunlight on a cloudy day. Nicole was born to stand out with her beautiful coordinated outfits and permeant smile. Nicole is has touched so many lives as she works in education, teaching English as a second language, for high school immigrants. She truly always sees the best in life. Hope you enjoy. Merci!

Our guest this week is Jeff, a world instrument store owner whose life is truly Rock 'N Roll. I first met Jeff when he was outside his store playing his guitar and I stood there to take in the moment. It’s fascinating how music has not only shaped his life but also the people close to him. Jess exemplifies how a passion, of living on the edge, can live on forever.

I’m excited for you all to meet, Claudia. She is in her year of yes! Living life's best best moments by simply accepting all the new adventures that come her way. Claudia is originally from Texas and eventually found her way to NYC and she is not stopping. This year she challenged herself to put herself first and take all of what life has to offer. I left our conversation giddy with excitement and great reminder that life will always continue as long as you're open to what comes your way.

This episode we welcome the salsa-dancing Ines. Her dance moves and rhythm caught my attention but her story touched my heart. In our conversation, Ines reminisces about her NY club days that would turn into late nights with friends. I find her so special, because of her instinct to always be the first to help others, including her late son who this episode is dedicated to. She wonders why she is still here, sometimes the answer is: because.

This week’s episode is close to my heart, as we welcome John. I first met John in my building as we are neighbors and now I feel lucky to call him my friend. He often visits and brings his crossword puzzles to finish as I do my own work, his companionship means the world to me. John makes me laugh, always has a quick witted response for any moment and really loves connecting with people. John, in his own words, was a “nice specimen” which was much admired. He shares about his simple upbringing and close bond with his older brother, who he looks up to.
