Great Mid Week Pick Me-Up

Tom and Linda, the two co-hosts from the East and West coasts, are a perfectly orchestrated pair that deliver health and fitness topics in a down to earth, real life, uncomplicated, no bull kind of way. It is a great mid-week pick me up that, quite honestly, in itself gets me out of bed in the morning! The wide variety of topics from, the very comical, what we DON’T want to see in the locker room to, the more serious, the psychology of kids and sports makes it a show for everyone. Will I be back for more – you betcha! And, I have also recommended it to several of my friends. Kudos to Bowflex for producing a great show.
