I have been studying Spanish for 30 plus years. Yikes! This is just the best. The host and host are amusing and funny and the content is superior. This is by far my favorite way to learn Spanish! This Podcast is amazing for advanced Spanish learning. The person has to buy the "Premium". Like $10 a month. You get the written transcription and can highlight the word or sentence and push to get the "translate" (downloaded). This a awesome. Been using this for almost one month. Highest recommendation for anyone learning advanced Spanish.

I was excited to start this podcast that so many learners talk about but soon after they took all the old episodes that were free for ages (not the premium ones) and locked them behind a paywall. What a terrible thing to do. And they disabled the automatic transcripts in Apple Podcasts that make podcasts more accessible to those of us with hearing issues, auditory processing issues, etc… Definitely won’t be supporting or recommended this podcast to anyone now. I hope they producers of this podcast see the error of their ways and reverse both of those choices.

Really great podcast presented in clearly spoken intermediate level Spanish from Spain. Interesting topics, current news reports and weekly shows dedicated to colloquial words and phrases. I’ve now listed to hundreds of episodes of Hoy Hablamos and my comprehension of Spanish has increased immensely.

Having listened to dozens of different podcasts and youtube shows looking for the right one to improve my Spanish in my efforts to learn, I believe that this is one of two that rises to the top. This one may actually be the best of the bunch.
