Inspiring and entertaining!

I’ve been listening from the beginning and look forward to each new episode. The co-hosts are open and honest about their journeys to figure out what comes next in their lives. They bring on great guests and talk about mindfulness, entrepreneurship, travel, health (mental and physical), family, and anything else that comes up. Their stories are funny and poignant and inspiring. I credit them in part for getting me on track with a daily meditation practice. 🧘‍♀️😀
Peace out!

Fresh and funny

Beware: if you listen to this podcast, you WILL laugh, and you WILL be inspired and you WILL end each episode feeling awesome from both those things (and you also might quite possibly be excited about the fact that your life may take on a whole new trajectory). Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
