On today's show, we run through the news that OIe Miss transfer RB commit Jacory Croskey-Merritt has flipped his commitment from the Rebels back to Arizona. The former New Mexico running back was expected to join a group that could go RB-by-committee, after losing Quinshon Judkins to the portal this offseason. Instead, the Rebels will need to lean on returnee Ulysses Bentley and transfers Henry Parrish from Miami, Rashas Amos from Miami of Ohio, and Clemson RB Domonique Thomas. Former LSU RB Logan Diggs underwent offseason surgery and is expected to out a while.

Also, we run through the dates and times released by ESPN for the 12-Team College Football Playoff in 2024-25. Georgia picks up a big time linebacker commit, while Auburn adds a cornerback recruit.

And we get the latest update on Auburn RB Brian Battie, and could Bruce Pearl leave Auburn for UConn if Dan Hurley does indeed leave for the Los Angeles Lakers?

ESPN has released its annual FPI (Football Power Index) Ratings for the 2024 season - we run through the SEC teams and where they rank, with 15 of 16 SEC teams rating in their Top 50, and 11 SEC teams in the Top 20 of the FPI. Some of the ESPN writers discuss which teams they think are undervalued and overvalued, with a few teams that could surprise by the end of the season.

Also, ESPN's David Hale ranked all 134 FBS QB Situations into Tiers, and we list the SEC QBs and where they rank, with a group headlined by Alabama's Jalen Milroe, Georgia's Carson Beck and Texas' Quinn Ewers in Tier 1.

Some teams lucked out with several night games at home, while others are getting some early road games, and some getting brutally hot middle-of-the-day environments. We run through all 16 SEC teams and their times and networks.

Also, Jordan Kaye of The State in Colombia joins us to recap the week of SEC Meetings in Destin as he was there all week covering all the big stories for the SEC including fallout from the House vs NCAA settlement, potential injury reports, no punishments for transfers, potential roster reductions & elimination of walk-ons, and much more!

In addition, the SEC has an agreement with Netflix on an upcoming documentary series focused on the upcoming SEC college football season, and they have ESPN's full blessing.

On today's show, we explore the possibility of Florida State joining the SEC down the road as the Seminoles and Clemson continue with their lawsuits vs the ACC - and while in Destin for the SEC Meetings this week, Florida AD Scott Stricklin was asked if the Gators would be on board with welcoming their rival into the SEC in the future?

And could the Florida-Georgia rivalry go from neutral site to being played on their campuses in the near future? Meanwhile, the SEC is planning a HUGE welcome party for both Texas and Oklahoma as they officially become members on July 1st this summer. Day 1 of SEC Meetings in Destin got underway on Tuesday and we heard from many of the SEC Football Coaches as they addressed the media and spoke on a number of topics. But one of the biggest topics facing the immediate future of college football - with the House vs NCAA settlement and revenue sharing coming, will we see a change in "roster limitations", potentially trimming rosters down to as low as 85 players, and potentially the elimination of walk-ons. Needless to say, several coaches like Shane Beamer and Mike Elko are not fans (especially when you consider Beamer himself was a walk-on!) We also get quotes from Alabama's Kalen DeBoer, Georgia's Kirby Smart and Arkansas' Sam Pittman.

In addition, we hear Florida coach Billy Napier address the Jaden Rashada lawsuit, Steve Sarkisian and Brent Venables talked about Texas & Oklahoma joining the conference, while Auburn coach Hugh Freeze gave an update on RB Brian Battie who was injured in a serious shooting recently.

And Lane Kiffin says that Kirby Smart is now the "lead" in the SEC coaches meetings with Nick Saban now retired.
