The FI Community’s Love Affair With Youth

Truth

These guys go against the grain to state the real truth of FI and what it means. They are realistic in their opinions and not part of the “cult”. Love those who can think for themselves. I’m sure that the “community” will squirm when they really listen. I agree with their explanations that corporate jobs don’t have to be demonized. Keep up the good work.

A delight for the ears and the pocketbook

I enjoy the casual conversations between Lisa and Harrison, almost as if though they just happened to hit “record” while chatting a coffee shop. What I love most is their reasonable approach to personal finance as they advocate for contentment while “running one’s own race” rather than getting caught up in what others are doing. When they say personal finance is personal, they mean it. No agenda here.

A Breath of Fresh Air

Lisa and Mr. Mad Monster have such a refreshing approach to money and life in general. Yes, it’s important to save and invest but life is for living. They get that and live that (through trial and error of course).

Keep up the great work!
