A Canadian icon!
I truly think of Peter one of Canada’s great newscasters. This podcast is a treat to listen to as someone who grew up tuning in to Peter over the years. Informative, thoughtful, soothing, interesting, pertinent, and credible, are just some of the appropriate descriptors for this show.
This is one Bridge to cross daily
As an American who would watch Canadian election returns from the CBC and Peter on CSPAN, following Peter’s retirement I was unsure who I would follow for this Fall’s election.
Peter’s podcast is a good and insightful 15-20 minute recap of the election events of the day. The American media would do well to listen to Peter and take note of his journalism.
