    Mia Jaye’s Diary Series

    Mia Jaye’s Diary Series

As you all may know I’ve gone through some rough patches in my life… I’ve experienced losses that have left me feeling alone and destitute, but by the grace of God, my kids, my community and family, I have been given supernatural strength to persevere.

With that I’ve also found the need to seek bereavement counseling and document my feelings and grief journey. Through journaling and creating an audio diary I have been able to filter through my feelings. My diary has become my outlet, without any restrictions. There is no schedule, no perfect time to post or being grammatically correct here. It is only room for me to be me… Mia Jaye

Ep 12: There Is Always Collateral Beauty

Ep 12: There Is Always Collateral Beauty

During this conversation on the toolbox, Mia discusses how she found consolation, inspiration, and meaning from a tragic situation that she experienced which she discussed in episode 11, listen here. She also shares the importance of a voice recording between her and her brother Jeremy that was created one year prior to his violent death in May of this year. Through this conversation that Mia and her brother had, she was able to find a purpose and direction, which allowed her to connect spiritually with her lost loved one.
This episode breathes new life into Mia’s brand of being a MOM-E-O, which means being the mom and a CEO of your household, business and life. This is the concept that Mia and Jeremy explain during the recorded conversation in an effort to encourage women to embrace their multiple roles as a leader, mother, and total boss.

Ep 11: Dear Diary… I Give Myself Permission

Ep 11: Dear Diary… I Give Myself Permission

𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲... This episode is dedicated to me, allowing myself a moment to breathe. A moment to reflect and assess where I stand mentally, emotionally and physically. I gift myself the opportunity to embrace my loss of vision, broken heart, trauma, hurt and healing process. This episode allows me to use the tools that I am placing into the toolbox in effort to help me on my healing journey. I am giving myself permission to not have the answers, to not be fine, to enter into moments of solitude but determined to find my way to healing, peace, gratitude and grieve in power.⁣

This episode also is the last episode before the finale episode of this season which will air next week on June 22, 2020 which will feature my big brother, Jeremy Jerdine Sr.⁣

I needed this in my life...

On point & on time. I’m only a few episodes in & this has been so refreshing for my soul. I am going through some things or shall I say feelings and haven’t been able to get myself in check. So I am restarting my self love journey & needed some new ways to get there. She is real, raw, & relatable. These are important for the stage of my life I am currently in. I could keep going but who has time for that.
