Thought provoking

As someone who follows the anti-aging movement it is refreshing to hear subject matter experts breakdown the most complex faucets into more digestible sized pieces everyone can understand. I can’t wait to hear who the guest James brings on will be.. 5 stars!!!

Complex ideas made simple

James does a great Job if boiling down complex ideas into simple, easy to learn concepts. As somewhat of a bio hacker myself, it’s great to have another podcast that informs the listener of the latest news and technology coming out of the bio hacking community. Keep on rocking
