ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

I started following Megan because of a video I saw on my explore page. It was of her & Paul.. they were going to find out the gender of their baby(Esme) I saw that video and I automatically started following her. I loved the content Megan displayed on her page. She was/ is very different to any other influencer out there. She didn’t just post what she though looked good or only when she was doing well... she also posted when she felt at her lowest when things weren't going her way ... it felt real she felt real.
I started listening to this podcast and it is amazing.. I love how she expresses so much love and gratitude towards the world. Thank you for being an extraordinary human being 🕊

Yoga for your brain

I have no memory of when or how I found Megan on Instagram but I’ve been a longtime follower and she’s helped me through so much. I’m not a super touchy-feely person and have a hard time with self-help podcasts but WORD is different. Megan provides such clarity to thoughts I have had myself but couldn’t articulate.

This podcast couldn’t be better—exactly the dose mindfulness I was missing.
