    12. The Art of being Alone- the most important relationship you'll ever have

Welcome back to another episode! Thank you for tuning in today!
One of the experiences and for many, lessons, that 2020 brought was being alone. Learning to spend time with ourselves.. maybe more than we’ve ever spent before.. and for some of us, not just having to be alone because of quarantine but having to be alone because we are away from family, friends and for some people even having to go through break ups and start the their journey of “singleness”.
Today I want to talk about the topic of being alone and being okay with being alone.
In this episode I share more of my thoughts and personal experiences around why being alone scares many and how I have become okay with not needing someone to be happy and to feel joy in life.
I hope you all enjoy this episode! If you have not subscribed please subscribe so you dont miss weekly life talks! Ratings, reviews, and shares are so appreciated, thank you for supporting this platform!

    11. Being first generation Latina American, a college dropout, and why I don't give up on my dreams

    11. Being first generation Latina American, a college dropout, and why I don't give up on my dreams

Happy 2021 and first Monday of the year. To start off the new year, I wanted to share a topic that I often think about and something that I sometimes still find myself struggling with in my own journey. That is, being first generation American and facing the challenges of living a life different than the one my parents have worked hard to provide for me. From dropping out of college, leaving 9-5, choosing to be an entrepreneur, and chasing a dream outside of the "American dream",  in this episode I share more of my journey throughout the last few years, what I've learned and what I've implemented in my life.
I hope this episode gives someone a bit of hope, the journey to going after your dreams can be challenging at times especially when you lack support from family or you feel like nobody understands why you want to reach goals you have set out for yourself... but DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!
