Francisco Lindor Flu Game, Christian Scott is Coming, Mets Split with Cubs | 285
Cubs series was crazy. Severino almost threw a no hitter, MLB doesn’t know what blocking the plate means, DJ Stewart is still great, our bullpen is best in the league, and Francisco Lindor is him. Also, Christian Scott is getting called up so we get excited about that and give our weekly prospect report with some sleepers in the Mets system

Mark Vientos is CLUTCH, Pete Alonso hits 200th Home Run, and Mets Drop Series to Cardinals | 284
Shoutout Mark Vientos, avoided the sweep and made a huge case to stay in the lineup. We review the whole series including José Buttó's worst start in almost a year but James isn't worried, Adrian Houser's issues, Pete Alonso's 200th HR, five minutes of Knicks talk (sorry, we're excited and hate Philly), and Mets might have the best bullpen in baseball (actually). Then we run through our listener mailbag with lots of questions about Baty vs. Vientos, Christian Scott's ETA, and a look ahead to the trade deadline. Lastly, a preview of the Cubs series and reading your reviews. Shoutout you guys for lots of new reviews and some great support recently. Best listeners in the world seriously, I've met every other listener and if you're reading this you literally are the best.

Weird Mets Series Against Giants, Francisco Lindor is Back, When Will Christian Scott Debut, and Prospect Report | 283
Why do the Mets always play the weirdest series in San Francisco? Just bizarre games, thankfully we saved the week with a big win Wednesday but we talked about how cool/weird it is to see Wilmer Flores and Michael Conforto, Luis Severino still looking good, Reed Garrett saved my life, and encouraging signs from Jeff McNeil and Francisco Lindor. Then our weekly prospect report. Christian Scott is super him, Nolan McLean had his best appearance as a pro, more Jonah Tong and Alex Ramirez hype, and a new Mets pitching prospect to watch. Then, a preview of the Cardinals series this weekend (we hate them so much).

Mets Beat Dodgers, Francisco Lindor is Back, Reed Garrett Nasty, and JD Martinez Update | 282
Great series in LA for the Mets as they take 2 of 3 games from the Dodgers. Francisco Lindor is swinging the bat much better, DJ Stewart hit some big Home Runs, Starling Marte is looking great and Reed Garrett is NASTY. Andy Martino tried to take down the legendary rally pimp Max, we remind you of some of his worst takes. Then we head to San Francisco to take on the Giants! LFGM Lets go Mets

Mets Sweep the Pirates, Our Bullpen is Elite, Christian Scott is that Dude, and Prospect Report | 281
Get the brooms out baby. Mets complete their first sweep in over a year and we're super pumped. Trying not to get ahead of ourselves, but this team might be g**d. James is getting addicted to come from behind wins and is ridiculously hype about the Mets bullpen starting with Reed Garrett but also some huge adjustments from Adam Ottavino and Drew Smith. Marc talks about the vibes in the park and again guys, we are jacked up. After, we do our weekly prospect report going through the entire Mets system from Blade Tidwell to Kevin Parada to Jesus Baez to Wilson Lopez to Luisangel Acuna. Lastly, a preview of this weekend's series against the Dodgers.

Pete Alonso Mashes, José Buttó Breaks Out, Doc Gooden Honored, and Mets Take Another Series
Fun Mets weekend! Luis Severino and Brett Baty led the charge on Friday while the few people in Citi Field gave Francisco Lindor an ovation. Sean Manaea had his first rough start and James tries to figure out why he struggled from the Moroccans desert. Sunday was all about Doc Gooden until it was all about José Buttó. That’s our guy. Plus new segment Media Marvels and Pirates preview.

Continues to be great
Been listening for years now and never going to stop they keep me updated on roster moves and the minor leagues which is great and they give honest and usually unbiased info about the players and team. I would much rather listen here than another Mets podcast where they have to be filtered and can’t say what they want to.
Fantastic podcast
As a brand new Mets fan you guys have helped me fall in love with my favorite baseball team keep it up you guys are awesome it’s so great that you can help someone like me find there forever team I’m very proud to be a Mets fan
Love the content
Marc and James are two great hosts who play off eachother well. Marc is more focused on hitting and James focuses more on pitching. As a Mets fan who loves outside of NY and doesn’t really get to catch a lot of games live, it’s always good to listen to these guys because they always give great insight. Love the media idiot of the week segment and I hope you guys keep adding segments and continue to be creative. Keep up the great content thanks
