Good content, solid guests. Only negative is the host tends to share too much & speaks over guests. Best podcast hosts put the spotlight on the guests & focus on asking good questions & seeking to learn & pull wisdom out of guests vs sharing their own wisdom.

Perhaps the host could do a solo show every 5-6 episodes to share what he knows about M&A.
