Katherine talks about the burgeoning not-a-slot-but-looks-a-lot-like-a-slot industry that has sprung up in many US states, issues with sportsbook expansion and tribal gaming, and more. She also explains that her version of coconut cake is probably more coconut than cake [23:54 - 1:16:00].
