Bonus Episode! "Commuting: A Moving Meditation"
Turn on this 6-ish minute moving meditation when you are on the move in some way, for a little perspective shift and to enhance the moment. Customer Reviews
Artful & Graceful & Peaceful
The storytelling draws you in—guests telling their own interesting (edited) stories, and Kate making sense of those stories and applying them to the rest of us, too. The original music adds to the artful, graceful, & peaceful learning experience. Everything is nicely choreographed.
The most well-crafted podcast out there
This podcast is truly great. It is well-crafted, there is story-telling, therapy interludes, guest speakers, and original songs. Kate has a strong and soothing podcast voice. She doesn’t waste time with her guest speakers, she cuts and places the best parts into her own thoughts and experiences. I was interested and also captivated the entire time. Her shorter podcasts that walk you through thoughtful meditation are very helpful. I can’t wait until she releases more.
