Rooted Chats Podcast is mainly based on having informal conversations between friends/therapists that are not as threatening as the therapeutic space. These conversations are based on healing, a little bit of personal experience, and growth. This is aimed at empowering young people into living authentically, taking care of themselves, spirituality, and have healthy relationships with themselves and others.

We look at some of the stigmas, perceptions and find out from our guest what his narrative is on mental health as a young West African man.
