Invaluable resource
This has been a great resource as a hospitalist I prepare to join our hospitals inpatient suboxone/methadone prescribing team—thanks!
Thank you for this podcast
I’m a new graduate PMHNP and former psychiatric & emergency RN. I just have to say I wish I would have found this podcast sooner, even before grad school, as it is so informative & really helps me understand disease processes & treatments, as well as recognize nuances & stigma that might be present around me. It’s not just for physicians- anyone working in the medical field will encounter addiction, nurses, doctors, PAs, NPs, techs, and in all specialties. It’s important to understand so we can treat patients with empathy & help, rather than hurt. I’m now working in community mental health & listen to episodes repeatedly. So glad to have found this resource- thank you!
Spot on!
I’m a hospitalist and have enjoyed the Curbsiders podcast for awhile. Love the content and progressive patient-centered approach that the podcast takes. Wish all MDs/APPs would listen to this.
