Love love love this show. Loved all the mindset pieces and different guests with different personalities/perspectives.
Kind of seems like this show is turning into the biggperpockets real estate podcast unfortunately. Please don’t sell out again.

Erratic content, all over the place

I expected Biggerpockets quality but instead found a podcast that lacks direction and is very hard to follow. Brandon 1. get back to your roots 2. talk about your own experiences of losing investors' money. I think it helps to be transparent when you hand keys back to the bank 3. Please bring some structure to the podcast. You were one of the better ones and now have become a grifter
