Run don’t walk and start listening to Katie

I’ve been working with Katie a little over a year now. It started with a skin condition no other Drs could figure out, to a personalized Bazi reading which totally changed the way I think about my health, life and decisions. So glad she’s doing these podcasts and sharing her knowledge and showing how a few simple changes in your life really can lead to a more energetic and happier life. Her wisdom can really help and it doesn’t take a lot, just consistency. You’ve got nothing to lose so give her a listen💕

Delightfully delivered teachings

I discovered Katie through lockdown. Katie helped so many deal with the stress and fears created by the pandemic. Through a dialogue drenched in candor and joy, Katie instilled Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) methods for addressing the health challenges we all were experiencing. She playfully drilled basic principals into our daily lives so we could be proactive in our wellness journeys. Today, I am delighted to discover she continues this work by sharing the TCM principles in this podcast forum. Katie’s podcast is a must listen for those wanting to play an active role in our health and overall wellness.
