Essential Amino Acids
Great show!
In regards to something that might help Jason in the morning during fasting, Trim Healthy Mama was talking about EAA’s and how they help with getting protein in people with kidney issues. It was in a more recent episode. I’m thinking one of the ones about protein. Hope this helps. God bless you all.
I’d love to be your friend…
And THAT is why I enjoy your podcast and your Insta. I’m nearly 50 and at the end of my homeschooling journey. Crunchy, but sad KNOWING I absolutely cannot live perfectly crunchy. I am Crunchy seeking balance. 🥵 My hubby tolerates me, but feels shafted that I’m no longer the woman he married. Meaning we can’t just go to Pizza Hut. My mom died of colon cancer so FEAR overtook me and our food choices and lifestyle choices changed dramatically. It has been SO hard watching my 20 year old now eating garbage after I worked so hard… ugh! Hopefully she will come around. Wait until your kids are adults. Dude. So much harder. Anyhoo… you guys are equally as endearing and put a smile on my face. Transparency is key. Always stick with transparency. 😊😘
You can’t be more likable than these two!
They are so funny and I look forward to every new episode 🤍
