An adoptive parent wanting to love the best I can

I really like how she bring people on from so many parts of the triads of adoption. I have learned about other adoption podcasters from this podcast some that even speak out and have views different then what this podcast focus is. I love the educators that come on here. I learn so much from this and have become even more educated on how to be a better parent to my baby. She is so important to me and I’m so grateful for what they do here.

The best thing I ever did was find this podcast

When I was starting my adoption journey, I knew nothing and I didn’t really know how to begin. I came across the wonderful Creating a Family website and started listening to Dawn Davenport’s incredible podcasts. First of all, Dawn Davenport is a national treasure. She is also one of the best interviewers I’ve ever heard— and I work in non-fiction television! She patiently, lovingly asks every question you want the answers to and makes sure she gets all the information. She feels like she is gently holding your hand throughout the process. The guests are always knowledgable and engaged and interested in the welfare of everyone in the adoption triad and beyond. This podcast is an invaluable resource. Thank you for all you’ve done!
