You’ve Made A Huge Impact On Me!
Hey Mark, I love your podcast! I’ve now listened to both episodes and I hope you keep recording them because they’re awesome. I especially love the theme about impact, and I wanted to tell you about a huge impact that you’ve had on me that I will never forget...
When we first signed up with Click Funnels, we were having a trouble connecting it to Recurly for our software signups. It was a weird edge-case problem that no one else had, and because it was so unique, there wasn’t an immediate solution. It took a long time to solve (understandably) because it needed a fix from developers.
Many customers in my shoes would have become impatient or loud, or would have quit to look for another product, but you were so kind and patient with me, and you were such a great communicator, that you set my mind at ease throughout the long process (which is a difficult position for anyone handling support). Even though there wasn’t an instant solution, you made me feel heard and understood, which gave me faith that a solution would come.
Sure enough, my weird unique issue finally got solved (I’m sure it was because you worked your magic on your end and campaigned over there on my behalf).
Once the long time issue got solved, we were finally able to connect CF to our signup flow, and I’m excited to tell you that THIS was the funnel that just got us our 2CCX Award at FHL. So from my point of view, you’ve had a $10M impact on my business and my life, as well as a huge impact on our team of 60 and all of our families. So when I see you at FHL or I hear your new podcast episodes, you are a rockstar to me, and I am your biggest fan. Thank you for all that you do. 🙏
