Would you still be you if you weren't "in" that place right now? 2. What is something that you know is not what you are made of?

How can we treat emotions as information to respond to, rather than instant calls to action? How can we empower ourselves (and our loved ones) to communicate openly and release ourselves from the urge to skip over the feelings and launch straight into problem solving?

    In this episode, I talk about seasons of independence and interdependence. I believe we can all give a little more visibility into the village that makes our lives possible. Here's why. If you enjoyed this episode, here are the exercises! Exercise #1: What is an accomplishment that I consider significant? What are 3 things that did to accomplish this that required my own initiative? What are 3 things that others did that enabled me to accomplish this? These could be roadblocks they removed, things they provided, or anything else that contributed to my success that I didn't do on my own.
