How can we treat emotions as information to respond to, rather than instant calls to action? How can we empower ourselves (and our loved ones) to communicate openly and release ourselves from the urge to skip over the feelings and launch straight into problem solving?

    In this episode, I talk about seasons of independence and interdependence. I believe we can all give a little more visibility into the village that makes our lives possible. Here's why. What are 3 things that others did that enabled me to accomplish this?
