Earlier in life, Ron experienced gym intimidation. This is common, especially for people like Ron, who found themselves dreading P.E. growing up. He shares how the discomfort he felt around fitness growing up led to his gym avoidance – and how he found the answer to his fitness in running a 5k. From learning to improve with others in a "run club" to running his way around LA, Ron achieved his physical fitness in a way that worked for him. Twists and Turns (21:05)
