Therapy for the Heart, Mind, and Soul!
Gayatri Sethi is a genius. More than that, she's loving. When you listen to these podcasts, you feel like a wise spirit is talking directly in your ear, helping you see what you knew deep down, all along, and sharing bits of wisdom with you that will literally make you sit up in your chair and say "That's exactly right!" There is nothing preachy or superior in these podcasts. It's all small bits of wisdom and understanding delivered by someone who is extrememly brilliant and wants to help you understand yourself. You'll walk away feeling loved, feeling seen, and feeling a little less alone. I binge sessions of these epsiodes with my journal because I don't want to miss a single second, and it's always every bit as healing and enlightening as if I'd paid a therapist hundreds of dollars to hlep me sort my life, except Gayatri you walk away feeling warm and clear-headed like you'd just had coffee with a friend. She's amazing, this podcast is amazing. Love yourself by listening!
