Really lucky to have found PITCH! This podcast provides valuable information to film industry professionals, communicated in such a lucid, easy to digest way it is accessible from the industry veteran to the novice filmmaker trying to crack into the business. While it centers around how to pitch a film project to prospective producers/financing, (in an ever changing media landscape), it also explores deeper topics, like the fundamentals of story and the techniques and perspectives useful to being a productive writer / creator, which in turn serve to help pitch one’s story. Finally, I love the “voice” of the show. Leah and Angel have such an affable energy and friendly banter about them as they explore this topic with curiosity and genuine interest, rather than through dogmatic ideas or conclusions about how the industry works. I highly recommend you give this one a shot!
