Many of people will know this as Likelihood over severity and that’s fine too.  I have found it really comes down to the different industry you’re working in. Now to understand Probability over Consequence you also have to understand what Risk Tolerance is and the difference between Risk/Hazard is. No matter what you do, no matter who you are.  You are contently playing a game of Probability over Consequence. So, Let’s dive in! But first! This is a subject I have thought a lot about over the years and have spoke a little bit about on my platform.  Yet never really dove into it.  Today I tell you a little bit about my story of being labled in the industry and where I have seen it.  Being confident is great but it can also be looked at as being cocky.  And sometimes, even as you’re just being a ass hole.
