The content is consistently good especially when Kevin and the guest are discussing leadership. There’s a lot to be learned here even if you aren’t in the military. Kevin comes across as genuinely humble and a person who cared about the people he worked with.

You’ll learn new stuff with all the different guests he has. It’s not like the team house where it’s just operators and stuff about special operations. It’s history and other topics that most people wouldn’t talk about.
