Generational Trauma FT. AJ Johnson
We have a special guest, AJ Johnson, who has had to overcome quite a bit in his life. He has an alcoholic mother, was kicked out of his home at a young age when he came out as homosexual and has a cleft palate. He is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and is currently in school getting his Master's in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in trauma. He is a self-published author and talks about placing boundaries and becoming sober in 2023.
Inda talks about some of her generational trauma and why she chooses to be open about it with her own kids. Amanda relates with having been in active addiction and how that's change the course of her life.
This episode dives deep into all things trauma.
