IronWomen - Cultivating a Winning Culture with Jocelyn Bonney

With the NCAA triathlon championships on the horizon this weekend, we are so excited to welcome NCAA coach Jocelyn Bonney to the show! Jocelyn is the assistant coach of the University of Arizona triathlon team in Tucson, Arizona, which is in only its second year as a program. Heading into this year’s race, Arizona is ranked second in the country, so in this interview Jocelyn told us all about what they have done these past two years to get to that level. She told us all about the impotence of culture on their team, anyhow the athletes work together to use their individual strengths to raise the bar for the team as a whole. We loved this interview with Jocelyn, and we are so excited to see what the future holds for her and her team as well as the entirety of NCAA triathlon!
